MAKEUP FOR HIM, does that sound right 2 you....well it should & especially NOW! EVERYDAY MINERALS created a special kit: EVERYDAY NATURALS FOR GUY’S – and I think everyone should try it. The KIT – which you can buy here at: http://www.everydayminerals.com/ - contain 4 things: a little KABUKI brush, a LIP BALM, a REFLECTION POWDER (Natural reflections LIGHT) & a FACE BRONZER (Happiness Bronzer).

The 4 products are quite amazing. The REFLECTION POWDER – which is like a FOUNDATION – is really soft & pale – you can’t even see it – but it really works, it evens out your skin tone perfectly. The FACE BRONZER is great 2, the color is kind of a pale orange/brown, it’s really subtle, you can’t use it to give yourself some color, around the face and on the eyes – if you want 2. The lip balm is really effective and it’s really not glossy which is great for a guy: ‘’Cause we don’t wanna look like we’re wearing lip-gloss... do we? ;).’’Finally, the KABUKI BRUSH is quite good, it’s a really soft brush (although I usually love working with a bigger brush) it does the job really well!

FASHION GOES GOTH!

Some of you will say that I’m FASHIONABLY late, and some of you will finally notice that the punk/gothic look is back. In 2010 we’ve seen a lot of studded bags & a lot of black & silver accessories – and rosary beads. The 80’s are back stronger than ever! Madonna’s VIRGIN TOUR look is everywhere; just look at Taylor Momsen or Lady Gaga – even Ke$ha or NATALIA KILLS – they are gothic POP princess. The ROCK’N’GOTH look is also inspired by Hard Rock bands like Mötley Crüe. Anyway I’ve recently bought a really great bag by RAMPAGE. It was not that expensive since its REAL VINYL ;) – or faux-leather -, but it’s really stylish I think.

NIGHT ON THE TOWN PART.2

So, as I said before, I’m NOT a makeup artist. So this won’t be a tutorial but more of « what products could you use for an amazing Smokey eye look – without going’ bankrupt ».

First I used the EYE PRIMER & LINER SEALER by E.L.F. STUDIO which is 3,50$. This product is probably one of the only products that people dislike but I think it’s a pretty good primer. And for 3,50$ I think it’s really good.

Then I used - as eyeshadows – E.L.F. MATTE EYESHADOW n°00716, Those are actually really amazing, there really pigmented and are similar to MAC COSMETICS eyeshadows (but way cheaper). I used the color SMOKE, which is a pale grey, and CHARCOAL a normal black. I also used the EYESHADOW DUO n°00618 by E.L.F which is called BLACK LICORICE a combination of pale and really dark sparkly greys – That product is 1,00$ only. The only product I used that was not by E.L.F. is the ELEGANT MINERALS 325 SILVER BULLET eyeshadow which is basically a really light silver/grey and really really sparkly – and 100% minerals.

Finally, I used – 4 the waterline – the SHIMMER EYELINER PENCIL by E.L.F. which is a black sparkly eyeliner, and I add the LENGTHENING & DEFINING MASCARA n°1401.

SO THIS IS IT! YOU’RE READY FOR A NIGHT ON THE TOWN AND SINCE YOU DIDN’T PAID MORE THAN 25$ FOR YOU’RE MAKEUP YOU CAN STILL GET DRUNK!
